Nan wants you to be completely satisfied with her beautiful, healthy and delicious sauces. If you don't have a smile on your dial after tasting our products, please send us your feedback and we'll be right back to you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Oksana's Kitchen takes the greatest care in sourcing and making our products to the highest quality standard. 

Please choose your products carefully as Nan doesn't let us accept returns if you change your mind about your purchase.

Nan strongly suggests you choose an insured option for shipping your products. Oksana's Kitchen is not responsible for shipping & handling damage from us to you (but we'd like to know if it happens so we can improve our choices in suppliers and will welcome your feedback).

We respect the rules of Consumer Affairs Victoria.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, certain consumer guarantees apply automatically, including that a product must be of acceptable quality​ - it is:

  • fit for the purpose for which it is commonly used
  • safe, durable and free from defects
  • acceptable in appearance and finish.

Nan asks that if you feel any of her products are not of acceptable quality, that you contact us with your concerns.
