Ordering:

Please visit our Shop or any of our Retailers to purchase Nan's products.

Please register as a customer prior to making any purchases and get these great benefits:

  • You can update your details anytime if you move or wish orders to be shipped to a different location
  • Being able to login and see what you have purchased in the past.
  • Having access to specials and discounts from time to time.
  • Being a member entitles you to the loyalty program where you gain loyalty points for each purchase that can then be redeemed for items.

These are just a couple of the benefits of becoming a member!

Shipping:

We choose Australia Post to ship our products with care. We strongly suggest you choose an insured shipping option as Oksana's Kitchen is not responsible for any damage during shipping and handling. 

We currently only ship orders within Australia with no international shipping provided at this point.

Shipping can take anywhere from overnight to 7 days depending on your location, Once your purchase has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

If your order is to be shipped to a PO Box this can only be done using the Australia post options. We do not ship to freight forwarders, armed forces of AFPOs. If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.

By purchasing online with Oksana’s Kitchen you grant Oksana’s Kitchen and our couriers the Authority To Leave (ATL) orders at the address provided, whether attended or not. You also release Oksana’s Kitchen from all liability if an incorrect address is supplied or a parcel is stolen from your property after delivery.

Shipping Delays:

Shipping can be delayed for a number of reasons some of which are listed below but not limited to this list:

  • Public Holidays
  • Traffic delays
  • Incorrect address details provided
  • Declined Payments
  • Special circumstance requested by customer

Orders are dispatched on standard working days - Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
No shipping takes place on weekends or Victorian/Australia Public Holidays.
No deliveries are made on weekends or Victorian/Australia Public Holidays
Special requests can be made for deliveries outside the above however this may incur additional charges and cannot always be guaranteed.

Packaging:

All our products that require shipping are packaged with biodegradable corn starch packaging beads, these beads can be disposed of without any concern for the environment they break down very quickly in water and the environment.

The boxes we use are made from recycled materials as we aim to provide packaging that supports environmental practices with as little impact on the environment as possible.
