Chicken Cacciatore

Serves 4


1.5kg Chicken pieces

½ cup olives

½ cup white wine

½ cup chicken stock

1 medium carrot diced

1 celery stick finely diced

1 jar Oksana’s Kitchen Pasta Sauce


Place all ingredients into a large casserole dish and stir to combine. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 2- 3 hours or until chicken is tender and falling off the bone. Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked pasta.
